CWHF 2012 Nominations Closed August 26, 2011

The Colorado Women's Hall of Fame depends on members of the public to nominate extraordinary women for induction.

The Colorado Women's Hall of Fame inducts women who have significant ties to Colorado and during their lifetimes:

Made significant and enduring contributions to their fields of endeavor
Elevated the status of women
Helped open new frontiers for women and for society in general
Inspired others by their example

Although The Hall is no longer accepting nominations for the 2012 induction, you can download the required forms in Word or PDF format. For more information or a printed form, email Lindy Conter. Also, be sure to watch the video below for detailed information about what makes a great nomination package.

The CWHF Selection Process

A diverse group of Colorado citizens is recruited to act as a Selection Committee. The Selection Committee reviews all nominations, performs additional research if necessary, and selects nominees for induction into the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame. The 2012 inductees will be announced in November 2011, and the gala induction event will take place in March 2012.
