Education Initiave
This Year, with our Educational Partner, National History Day in Colorado, and longtime sponsors, Rocky Mountain Public Media and Chevron, we are launching a new educational initiative dedicated to developing a curriculum for Colorado Youth to learn more about the incredible accomplishments and significance of Colorado Women—past and present. This curriculum will be made available to educators and institutions across the state to help our communities understand the impact and contributions women have made over many decades here in Colorado.
Your Donations Make These Programs Possible
These efforts require great commitment and your support, as an independent 501(c)(3), non-profit organization, the volunteer driven CWHF Board of Directors is committed to sharing the stories of our Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame Inductees with the community through the Education Initiative, Inductee Portraits, and our “Great Colorado Women” Film Series and other events throughout the year.

Overview of Events
Many are open to the public and are free of charge, some are fundraisers, and some are by invitation only. The nature of our events is always to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of women of the Hall. Whether Colorado Women, or women of distinction who have had involvement with current or historic issues in Colorado, we strive to educate Coloradans about the extraordinary examples these women were and are to past, current and future generations.
Locations
We travel around Colorado to events in Denver, Grand Junction, Colorado Springs, Durango, Loveland, and Fort Collins and more, to all four corners of our state. From social gatherings for our inductees, or an evening out at a Rockies game, to a special reception with our sister hall, the National Women’s Hall of Fame, our events can be tailored to fit the occasion.
Induction
The Hall’s biggest event is our biannual induction ceremony held in Denver, in which we select a mix of both contemporary and historical new women to the join the distinguished class of peers in the Hall. The Hall’s next induction ceremony is yet to be announced due to the Covid-19 mandates. See the next group of amazing women!
